Thank You for calling Earthlink[USA]/Talk Talk Broadband[UK],You are speaking with Nick,How may I help you Today….Does it really sound familiar lol,I am pretty sure it does.In fact now everytime you hear that script whenever you call the customer service you feel like banging the phone or you go like blah blah blah….Stop pestering me for Christ sake and come to the point and help me with my problem.But do you really think they care,well the shocking part is a big NO as they still get paid whether they help you or not.So what makes you think they will take so much of pain??

I’ve surveyed most of the ISP’s in the USA & UK and have only reached one conclusion that it wasn’t satisfactory at all.I am not against anyone here but my experience dealing with the Tech Support was simply horrendous.To be frank I specially joined a few Tech Support Companies myself for a few months to get a hold of it and serve you better.I have also worked for the Geek Squad so you know what I am talking about here.To know more about me simply click on About GizmoGuru on the Right hand side/Top of the page.
